Safe tow or nah?
As I was driving down the freeway I noticed this tow truck with it unusually big truck in the back of it I felt unsafe right away. I thought maybe that truck can fall off at any given moment. As I got closer I realized that it is chained down and it may be a safe situation but just the appearance at self looked unusual.
