ACCIDENT/FAIL: Truck driver couldn't brake in time resulting in a 4-way crash (Dashcam Video)
This truck driver was attempting to slow down as he approached the traffic lights, but it seems that it was too little too late. He slammed his brakes on but the truck wasn't slowing down. It's unclear as to if this was due to the brakes or the wet road conditions, but this caused the truck to crash into several other vehicles before stopping.
