The footage began with a wide and close shot of the trains colliding. The drivers jumped out just before the accident took place. They reported minor injuries. Luckily, no casualties were reported.
According to local sources, one of the trains at Cuipingshan station slipped backward. It then collided with a forward-moving train, causing 17 trucks to fall off the rail and 11 to fall under the railway bridge.
Railway authorities said that they are investigating the cause of the accident.
