Bus driver saves boy's life by instructing vehicle to slow down at crossing in China
A bus driver saved a boy’s life by instructing a vehicle to slow down at a crossing in eastern China.
CCTV footage filmed in the city of Jinan in Shandong Province on July 12 shows a 4-year-old boy wandering around the side of a busy road and a scooter rider trying to stop him.
However, the boy suddenly walked into the middle of the road among the vehicles when the traffic light for pedestrians was red.
A bus driver spotted the boy and stopped his vehicle immediately. He then waved his hand to alert a car next to him to stop.
Fortunately, the car stopped in time and avoided crashing into the boy.
The scooter rider then ran into the road to take the boy back to safety.
The boy was reportedly taken away by his family later.
