A grain storage facility at the Odessa Commercial Sea Port was not damaged during a Russian missile attack on the morning of July 23, according to Ukrainian officials.

The attack comes one day after ministers from both Ukraine and Russia signed an agreement -- brokered by the United Nations and Turkey in Istanbul -- to allow grain exports, with an aim to alleviate the global food crisis sparked by Russia's invasion.

"That's all you need to know about deals with Russia," NATO member Estonia's Prime Minister Kaja Kallas remarked via Twitter.

The European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell said "striking a target crucial for grain export a day after the signature of Istanbul agreements is particularly reprehensible & again demonstrates Russia's total disregard for international law & commitments,"
