小车斑马线前被后车追尾顶飞行人 交警：后车全责
10月7日下午，云南玉溪市红塔区中心城区珊瑚路发生惊险一幕：行人刘某正沿斑马线横过珊瑚路，行走至中央隔离桩时，朱某某驾驶红色小轿车在临近斑马线前采取紧急制动。此时，由景某某驾驶的灰色小轿车因躲闪不及与前车发生追尾。巨大的冲击力将红色小轿车向前推，并在此过程中将刘某撞飞至对向车道。
事故发生后，民警第一时间赶赴现场处置。只见一名行人躺在对向车道。一辆红色小轿车“骑”在道路中央隔离桩上，车身右后方受损。右前方停着一辆灰色小轿车，车头左侧受损。随后，受伤行人被送往医院救治，所幸并无大碍。
经认定，驾驶人景某某驾车同车道行驶时跟车距离过近，与前车未保持足以采取紧急制动措施的安全距离，行经斑马线时未提前减速，承担此事故的全部责任，朱某某、刘某无责任。
