Frantic staff grappled with the shop's glass door to keep it closed during a freak storm in Indonesia.
Footage shows the shopkeepers exerting weight on the structure as powerful winds pushed it open in South Tangerang province on December 17.
Some shoppers had to help as the faulty doors could not hold out against the gusty thunderstorm.
Onlooker Mia Camelia said: ‘It was sunny in the morning but I don't know why there was a sudden heavy rain.
‘The wind was very strong and scary. We were hiding inside the shop but then the doors would not close.'
No one was reported hurt in the incident and the severe weather did not damage anything in the shop as well.
