Car Hood Pops Open On Highway

Info from Licensor: "I was driving my car on the highway and wanted to pass the car in front of me when all of a sudden my hood popped open and smashed my windshield. I will mention that the day before I double-checked that the hood was locked properly because sometimes I have to push on it several times before it stays locked. That day, it was locked properly.
The video was recorded by my dash cam, which was ejected from its socket on my windshield due to the strength of the impact."
