Two jet ski riders were injured when their vehicles collided with each other during a race in Thailand.

The drivers were competing in the Jet Ski Pro Tour 2023 in Nong Khai, Thailand, on June 25 when one of them was flung from their machine while making a sharp curve.

Shocking footage shows the out-of-control jetski circling towards the other racers. It struck one other person, whose ride exploded in a burst of debris.

Rescue personnel were seen fishing out the injured locals from the water. They were given first aid and taken to a hospital to be treated.

Local media reported that a female competitor broke her jaw and suffered shoulder pain. She was given stitches and has been discharged from the hospital.
