Russia says it destroyed Ukrainian war machine with anti-tank missile fired from Ka-52 attack helicopter
Russia has claimed to have destroyed a Ukrainian infantry fighting vehicle with an anti-tank missile fired from a Ka-52 attack helicopter.
The footage shows the Russian attack helicopter preparing for takeoff before it can be seen taking to the skies and flying low over countryside.
The gunship can then be seen firing its deadly ordinance, with the images then reportedly cutting to the Ukrainian infantry fighting vehicle being hit.
The Russian attack helicopter can then apparently be seen returning to base and landing.
The images were obtained from the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) on Tuesday, August 8, along with a statement claiming: 'The crew of a Ka-52 destroyed an enemy infantry fighting vehicle in the Krasnolimansky direction in the zone of the special military operation.'
