Two suspects who had been on a roving crime spree spanning over several months were dramatically stopped by police while riding a motorbike in central China.

CCTV footage filmed in Shangqiu City in Henan Province on August 31, shows, a police car strategically positioned itself by the side of a narrow road, intercepting the two men on their motorbike.

In a flash, officers sprang from the vehicle to make the arrest. One suspect was swiftly tackled to the ground, while the other attempted to flee but, in a sudden twist, doubled back only to be kicked down by a pursuing officer. When the suspect tried to resist once on his feet, he was again grappled to the ground by the police.

Insiders claim that these two have been involved in a string of thefts for over half a year.
