SOUNDBITE (French): JEAN-BAPTISTE ONDAYE, Congolese minister of economy and finance"The Belt and Road Initiative is certainly the biggest infrastructure project in history. This project aims to increase connectivity and cooperation, through ambitious infrastructure and trade agreements. Other countries and regions of the world, including the Republic of the Congo, should be able to benefit from this important project. As you know, African countries suffer from an infrastructure deficit, and this initiative should help to reduce the infrastructure divide."
