The Spingboks, South Africa's national rugby team, celebrated their recent World Cup win with a victory parade around Cape Town no Friday 3 November.

After winning the trophy last week they took it for a tour of the town that started in Cape Town's CBD (central business district), where thousands of people lined the streets, and ended in the Cape Flats township of Bonteheuwel.

Captain Siya Kolas held up the Webb Ellis Cup as the players' team bus made its way through the streets.

The Springboks beat New Zealand’s All Blacks in a tight 21-11 final in Paris.

South Africa is the first country to win the Rugby World Cup four times.
