Woman's parcel hunt turns violent, nearly hits another customer in China
A woman's parcel hunt turned violent, nearly hit another customer in southern China.
CCTV footage filmed in Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province on November 15, shows a woman, in her quest for a parcel, indiscriminately throwing and smashing others' packages with complete disregard for potential damage.
She then hurled a large package, narrowly missed another customer who was retrieving her deliveries, leading to a heated exchange of words.
The manager of the courier point, responsible for providing a free parcel storage service for residents in the community, revealed that the facility's entrance is typically left open. On the day of the incident, he was absent, only rushing to the scene upon receiving messages. Upon arrival, he was greeted by a scene of chaos – items strewn across tables and parcels scattered. Confronting the woman responsible, she adamantly denied any wrongdoing, expressing defiance.
In an effort to resolve the situation, the manager accessed surveillance footage as evidence. The woman, unapologetic, declared, "I won't use your services again," before storming out.
The responsible party later shared the surveillance footage with various courier companies, offering affected individuals the opportunity to claim compensation for damaged items caused by the woman's destructive outburst.
