A father's quick action saved his daughter from being buried alive under a sudden roof snow collapse in central China.

Terrifying CCTV footage filmed in the city of Luoyang in Henan Province on December 11, shows a massive blanket of snow suddenly cascading down from the roof, trapping a girl underneath when the parents were busy with shovelling snow at their doorstep.

The child was quickly enveloped by the snow. In a desperate and heroic effort, the father rushed forward, pulling at the snow relentlessly. After several intense attempts, he managed to extract her daughter from her chilly trap.

The father later recounted the incident, describing it as a genuinely harrowing experience. Fortunately, his daughter was not hit by the falling snow but merely buried under it, and she escaped the ordeal unscathed and injury-free.
