A tourist dropped her backpack while fleeing a hungry boar in Hong Kong.

The terrifying moment was captured on film in Tap Mun in northeastern Hong Kong on April 13. A wild boar relentlessly pursued a woman dressed in black, forcing her to drop her backpack to escape the persistent creature. The boar then seized the bag and disappeared into the woods with it.

Witnesses at the scene described the incident as both terrifying and humorous. They were aware that wild boars inhabited the area but were taken aback by the animal's boldness in chasing people to snatch their belongings.

Eventually, the tourists managed to retrieve the stolen backpack.

Local residents explained that the boars are quite professional; they do not intend to harm people but are simply on the hunt for food.
