Man cuts roof off car to create 'sports car', gets fined for speeding
Footage has emerged from China of a man who cut the roof off a scrap car to create his dream sports roadster.
The CCTV video, captured in Dezhou, Shandong Province last Wednesday, shows the man driving the vehicle, which is essentially a Santana with the roof cut off.
He hasn't finished the electrical wiring yet and some of the explosed wires can be seen in the passenger seat.
The man was later allegedly stopped and fined by police for speeding and driving without the proper license.
