Car does a barrel roll after crash
Car crash between a Opel Vivaro and a Citroen on the intersection of Emerparklaan and Moerlaken, filmed by the dashcam.
The Opel ran a red light and hit the Citroen on it's rear left bumper, flipping the Citroen. Immediately, together with other witnesses, we checked if the driver was ok. Luckily nobody was injured. This video has also been given to the police as evidence.
The way I saw what happened was as following:
The driver of the Opel Vivaro misinterpreted the light for going in the straight direction, turning green as if it was the light for turning left. This is the reason why she started turning left, even though the light was red.
