American Airlines baggage FAIL!!
After waiting for hours, American Airlines employees started to throw customers bags out of the conveyor belt due to a malfunction with the belt. Angry customers almost got into a fight with the American Airlines employee who then said, "If you want your bags, then go get them yourself." ...so we did. The video shows us forming a line of customers who went into the baggage claim tunnel to retrieve our bags. After contacting American Airlines, they ignored my complaint.
