Tour of a top restaurant's kitchen in Caribbean Nicaragua.
I was in Pearl Lagoon, Nicaragua on the east Caribbean coast of the country. I ate at a certain restaurant every day called 'Eva's Comedor', which was pretty much in the jungle. As I spent a while there I volunteered to work in her kitchen as I have some experience.
The footage you see is of the kitchen that was used to prepare and cook every meal.
Although it contravenes nearly every single European Health and Safety law there is, and could also cause some new ones to be invented, I ate there for a month and never got sick.
