This is the dramatic moment a fearless fire-fighter swings from a nine-storey high balcony to KICK a suicidal girl to safety.

The teenage girl in High School uniform was perched precariously on the metal railing some 100ft above the ground in Siheung, South Korea.

She was heartbroken after an argument with her boyfriend - and an inflatable was placed below after refused to be talked down by the emergency services.

But a quick-thinking fire-fighter entered the flat above her, carefully spun round the swung down - booting her in the chest.

Incredibly, the girl fell backwards to safety and the man could lower himself into the room to help her after the rescue on April 22.

Onlooker Joann Ilbo said: ''The rescue team tried to persuade the high school girl, but when she did not respond, she jumped downstairs from the railing and pushed the woman into her apartment.’'

The girl is wearing High School uniform and believed to be between 17 and 19 years old.

Joann said the rescue was carried out by Incheon’s 119 Rescue Team and praised their actions.
