French mounted police arrest motorcycle passenger
The police had closed the road because of a street parade. A motorbike with a pillion passenger ignored this and mounted the pavement and was weaving its way through the watching crowd revving his motorbike very loudly trying to get past the parade. In an attempt to stop the motorbike a bystander grabbed the pillion but just pulled him off the back of the motorbike.
