A man pushed a hundred-metre-long central reservation down after he argued with his girlfriend in eastern China’s Fuyang City on July 27.
The CCTV video shows a couple standing in the middle of the road and seemed like arguing with each other.
After the woman leaves, the man can be seen kicking onto the central reservation before shaking it down violently.
The man has been called to the police station and the case was under investigation.
