Terrifying scene as billboard collapses on top of pedestrians killing three
A tragic and shocking scene occured when a billboard collapsed on top of pedestrians, killing three, in Shanghai, eastern China last Sunday (August 12).
The CCTV clip shows the billboard suddenly falling down, striking several pedestrians.
Dozens of police officers rushed to lift the billboard together to rescue the people hit.
According to reports, three died and six injured. The case was being investigated by police.
