A cricket was found burrowing inside a man's ear canal in Vietnam.

Footage filmed at Hai Duong Hospital in Hai Duong province shows endoscope footage of the tiny creature digging around in the man's ear.

The patient complained to Dr Hoat that he had tried everything to remove the cricket but it was still causing him pain.

It is believed the cricket crawled into his ear when looking for a place to nest.

Eventually, the cricket is removed.

The footage was captured on July 26.

According to the doctor, Dr. Hoat said that "The man came to the clinic and said there was a cricket in his ear". The cricket attacked and hurt his ear.
After using the endoscope device. The doctor found the cricket in his ear. It seemed like it was digging in the ears of the man.
The man said the cricket had crawled into his ear while he was sleeping. Perhaps the cricket thinks the man's ear is the right place to nest. The man tried every possible way to get it out of his ear but failed. Finally, he had to go to the hospital.
The doctor used tools to remove the crickets from his ears. The crickets hurt the man's ear. He needs to be treated for a few days in the hospital.
