Kind-hearted neighbors and city management officers rescued two senior citizens who were trapped in a burning house in central China.

The video, filmed in Luohe City in Henan Province on November 19, shows a group of people using their bare hands and a wooden stick to break the glass windows, as well as tear down the security bars of a house engulfed in flames.

Several men shout at the elderly man inside: “Come out! Come out quickly!”

Then the seniors can be seen being carried out of the house through the window.

According to reports, four officers from the City Management and Law Enforcement saw bright flames when they were on patrol and drove to the site to check.

They found that a portable house was on fire and a senior couple were still inside. One officer called firefighters immediately before the four of them all joined the rescue alongside nearby residents.

Fortunately, two seniors were saved and they did not suffer any injuries.

The fire has since been put out by the firemen, reports said.
