This is a video taken in jan 2018 of my downstairs neighbour. I lived in the flat above him and his partner, with my two housemates in Camberwell, London. He has always been the rude and aggressive towards us for the smallest thing. Running down the stairs too noisely etc... But I had never managed to catch him on camera. I had arrived home to find my key didn’t work in the lock. All my housemates were out. I called a locksmith out. I didn’t want to wake the neighbours up as you can see why by this video. I waited for 1.5hrs for the locksmith to arrive, (also had work early in the morning) who then told me that it had been locked from the inside. Realising it was done on purpose and the locksmith couldn’t drill it, I knocked on their window/pressed their door bell to let me in. The video starts just as he’s speaking on the intercom, then he comes out. The reason he is so annoyed is that there are x3 locks on the front door which you need keys in order to also EXIT. A huge health and safety risk. They refused to allow us to change the locks to safer ones. So we started only locking 2 instead of 3.
