This is the stomach-churning moment a Vietnamese doctor removed an ant from a patient’s ear.

Doctor Mr. Hoat said the man arrived to the hospital claiming to have an insect inside his ear.

Upon further inspection, the doctor found a black ant crawling around the man’s eardrum ‘searching for food’.

Footage shows the moment the doctor pulls the insect out of the man’s ear by using a pair of tweezers.

The man was surprised when he saw the ant. "How could it crawl into my ear?" he said.

The clip was captured on December 6 in Hai Duong, Vietnam.

According to the doctor, Mr. Hoat said that The man went to the hospital and said there was a creature in his ear. He said that it was crawling and biting in his ear.
After using the endoscope to check, The doctor found a long black ant crawling around the man's eardrum. It looks like the ant is looking for food in the man's ear. If the ant hits the eardrum, the man will be in danger. Just the ant can panic and it can attack sensitive parts of the ear.
Doctors used light to attract the ant out of the danger zone of the ear. Then the doctor uses a forceps to catch it. The ant was taken out of the ears of the man successful.
The man was surprised when he saw the ant. He exclaimed, "How could it crawl into my ear".
The man said he was sleeping and woke up when his ears hurt and he felt like a creature in his ear. Fortunately, the ants did not attack his ear.
The doctor said that maybe the ant thought the man's ear was a cave and that he could look for food.
