A 1964 Morris Minor car decorated with 10,000 Christmas lights, like the vehicles in the iconic Coca Cola advert.

Owner Calvin Lee spent two weeks attaching the fairly lights to the vintage automobile, which he can now no longer take on the road.

The festive car has more than 10,000 LED bulbs attached, a model of Santa Claus behind the wheel, presents on the roof and Christmas tress surrounding it.

Calvin keeps the vehicle on the lawn outside his home in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, and is using the car to raise money for Lupus sufferers.

Calvin said that people have their picture taken with the car in return for a small donation to charities which support people with the health condition.

He said: ''People think it's fantastic. It's gone down really well and everybody has been positive about the car.''
