Russia. Republic Buryatia. Touristic village Arshan. There has burned down a tourist house and a residential building where the owners lived. Deep in the night a strong hurricane began. How tourists said, who saw the fire and woke the residents, the fire started from the corner of the house where the boiler room was located. The arriving firefighters poured the neighboring houses, the residents of these houses poured their fences and grass that lit up next to the fire hoses. Firefighters helped local volunteer fire brigade. For water, people ran to the Kyngargu river, since the nearest column is quite far away. According to local residents, tourist houses built next to each other without complying with fire regulations are Arshan’s great misfortune. No one was injured in the fire, the fire victims did not have time to save either the things or the documents, because of the hurricane, the fire engulfed two houses in a matter of minutes. The houses were insured.
