US driver narrowly avoids colliding with rogue tyre on highway
This was the moment a driver in Texas narrowly avoided a rogue tyre that came close to hitting oncoming traffic on Sunday (May 5).
The tyre which appears to be coming from the other side of the I-30 highway in Rockwall County bounces multiple times and misses the driver.
The husband of the filmer, who posted the video online, explained: "[The driver] looked in the mirror and saw it bouncing into the distance without hitting anything so not sure but wouldn't be surprised if it did some damage somewhere.
"There are a lot of shops and restaurants on that stretch of the highway as well as a frontage road that runs alongside the freeway."
