Miraculous escape for cyclist run over by 14-wheeled lorry in China
Dramatic CCTV footage has emerged from China of a cyclist who had a miraculous escape after he was run over by a large lorry.
In the video, captured at a junction in Zhejiang Province on Wednesday, the lorry can be seen turning right at a crossroads when it crashes into the back of the cyclist.
The man disappears beneath the lorry for a few seconds until it passes over him.
He can then be seen sitting upright in the road after escaping all 14 wheels on the huge vehicle.
According to a pedestrian who witnessed the terrifying accident, the man then sat in the road for two minutes to calm his nerves.
According to local news reports, the cyclist only suffered minor cuts and grazes.
The lorry driver remained unaware of the accident until he was later contacted by police.
