Florida man spotted riding half-car half-bike vehicle on highway
Footage has emerged online of the moment a Florida man was spotted on the highway with a vehicle which was half a car and half a motorbike.
Shot on a bridge near Tampa on April 15, 2015, the vehicle can be seen overtaking while passengers are in shock.
The filmer said: "Crossing the Howard Frankland Bridge from Tampa to St. Pete, I saw a gentleman on an intriguing vehicle."
