'You f****** b******!' Birmingham driver runs red light while on the phone
This was the brazen moment a van driver was spotted in Birmingham running through a red light while looking at his phone on Wednesday (June 12).
Helmet-cam footage shows the filmer - on a motorcycle - approach a right turn when they have right of way, but the audacious driver is completely oblivious to who has right of way and charges through.
Upon closer inspection of the footage, the driver appears to be his phone and paying attention to the device rather than the road, ultimately putting lives in danger.
The filmer commented on Facebook: "If a kid was crossing to the right of me it would be a manslaughter charge."
Newsflare contacted the company who employed the driver but were unable to give a statement.
