A safari goer captured the touching moment a tiny cheetah climbed up its mother’s back to have a better look at the surroundings in Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya.

Footage shows the little one climbing onto its mother’s back and resting with its paws wrapped around her neck.

The filmed told Newsflare: "On our trip to Kenya’s Maasai Mara our guide Salaash Ole Morompi located this small two-month-old cheetah cub with its mom.

"Such fun to watch - and then the cub practiced what the cheetah is known for – climbing up high to see, on mom’s head."

The sweet clip was captured in October 2018.
