This is the dramatic moment a police officer is forced to taser a violent thug who had just slashed a teenager across the face with a razor.
Ryan Tudor, 26, launched a frenzied and unprovoked attack on the teenager outside a block of flats before he tried to flee the scene on September 24 last year.
However Tudor was chased by members of the public who called the police.
