A brave bird was filmed using her body to stop a moving tractor to protect her eggs in northern China.

In the heartwarming clip, shot in Ulanqab city in Inner Mongolia on June 21, the bird walked towards a moving tractor and opened her wings to try to stop it. While three eggs can be seen lying behind her.

The man named Zhang Guoqiang happened to see the bird and filmed the touching moment when he was ploughing a field.

Zhang reportedly protected that area and also placed some water in a plastic bottle for the bird.

The bird eggs have been hatched and only the shells were left when he went to check the second time.

6月21日，内蒙古乌兰察布市四子王旗的张国强用拖拉机犁地时，发现一只小鸟张大翅膀试图拦住拖拉机。他仔细一看，发现小鸟背后有3颗鸟蛋。原来小鸟为了保护鸟蛋做出此举，这就是母爱。张国强于是便把那片地给保护了起来，还用矿泉水瓶给它放了点水，“说不定哪天在水边就遇到了”。张国庆说，他前两天又去看了，鸟蛋已经成功被孵化，只剩下蛋壳了，他很欣慰。
