UK scooter rider gets flung like a rag doll after undercutting traffic and colliding with car
This was the shocking moment a scooter rider collided with a driver after undercutting traffic in Colchester, Essex.
Dashcam footage from July 3 shows a car pulling through standstill traffic, then out of the driver's vision, a scooter comes speeding down the road.
The brutal and abrupt impact flings the rider over the handlebars in a cartwheel fashion.
The driver told Newsflare: "I was shocked as he just appeared and at speed.
"An ambulance was called and he was checked out and was fine.
"He had a few cuts and grazes.
"[The] police did attend, I was initially warned that I may be done for dangerous driving, or driving without due care and attention.
"However after giving the police the dashcam footage that was dropped."
