This is the gruesome moment a doctor in Vietnam removes dozens of parasitic worms found in the eyes of two women.

The women arrived at the clinic in Cao Bang Province complaining about eye pain.

Upon exploration, the doctor found the worm-like creatures in the eyes of both women.

Footage shows the doctor removing the parasites - from 2 to 5 cm - from the women's eyes by using a tiny plastic stick on July 2.

Both women often bath and wash their clothes in streams and rivers where they might have been in contact with the parasites.

According to the doctor, Two women came to her clinic and said they were suffering from eye pain. After the examination, the doctor discovered that the parasites were parasitic in the eyes of the two women. The doctors quickly picked up the flukes in the women's eyes. The black flukes from 2cm to 5cm long parasites in the eyes of the two women were removed.
It is known that the two women regularly bathes and washes clothes in streams and rivers. This may be the reason for the flukes to enter their eyes.
According to the doctor, If not removed promptly, these flukes will reproduce and parasitize their eyes, causing their eyesight and eyes to be destroyed.
