London-based Norwegian designer and Central St Martin's graduate Fredrik Tjærandsen's performative "balloon dresses" were unveiled at the Victoria and Albert Museum on Friday (January 24).

The mesmerizing video shows models completely enclosed in inflated rubber balloons walking the runway in London. When activated by the model, a valve deflates the balloon and transforms into a dress.

Fredrik's designs, which he nicknames "bubbles," took the fashion world by storm and blew up on Instagram in the summer of 2019, during his presentation at Central St Martin's college’s annual BA graduate press show.
