Motorists admire thousands of bas tard teak blossoms along a beautiful rural road in Thailand. Vivid footage from today (Feb 4) shows thousands of bright orange teaks are lively blossoming on both sides of 20 kilometers highway in Phayao province. Bas tard teak, or Dok Thong Kwao in Thai, has common names such as flame-of-the-forest and locals believe it is sacred. The flowers bloom each year from the end of January until April in tropical parts in Southeast Asia.
