2月13日，河南濮阳一村民因疫情防控期间不戴口罩，被工作人员捆在墙上的视频引发关注。2月17日，濮阳市委宣传部回应称，该男子多次不戴口罩，疫情防控人员为了吓唬他将其捆在了墙上。整个过程中，被捆的村民没有反抗。目前，孟轲乡疫情防控指挥部对该工作人员的行为进行了批评教育，并责令其进行检讨。濮阳市委宣传部表示，公安机关已针对该工作人员的行为介入调查。 （视频由濮阳市公安局提供）
