Man in north China stopped by police after riding horse to buy groceries for friend
A man in northern China was stopped by the police after riding a horse to buy groceries for his friend.
The video, filmed in the city of Qiqihar in Heilongjiang Provine on March 4, shows a man riding a horse along the road but being stopped by a police officer.
The policeman said: "You cannot ride a horse in the city. It is illegal. You can hold your horse and walk back."
According to the man, his friend is a pensioner and did not know how to scan the QR code to leave the quarantined residential community during the coronavirus lockdown.
Since he lives in the countryside and likes to ride his horse, he decided to ride the horse to buy groceries for his friend.
