An Argentine Citizen Luis Lisando has been quarantined today at S.M Dev civil hospital , Silchar. The person was travelling by Silchar Guwahati Express.
The medical team placed at Silchar Railway Station. He has recently travelled to Nepal and is going to visit Mayanmar, as part of his World tour. He is having no symptoms of COVID-19. As precautionary measure, he has been quarantined.
