Passengers travel with QR code at China’s Wuhan airport after lockdown is lifted
China’s Wuhan passengers can travel with a QR code now as the city’s air flights have been officially resumed on April 8.
In the video filmed at Wuhan's Tianhe Airport, passengers are queuing with one-metre in between them and have to show their important QR code to get in the terminal and also before getting onboard. The QR code is a tracked proof of passengers health status.
It’s reported that the first flight carried 46 passengers for Sanya, a southern island of China.
So far Wuhan has reported 50,008 confirmed cases, of which only 398 cases remain sick. The death toll has reached 2.574.
The video was filmed on April 8 and provided by local media.
