This is the adorable moment a pet dog was spotted staring away from the window of A house in Malta during the Covid-19 lockdown.

The pooch was sitting alone while gazing longingly out of the window. The lonely animal seemed to want to go for a walk but he is housebound due to the quarantine advisory of the coronavirus pandemic.

Their neighbour noticed the dog and took clip of the pooch from her apartment window in Bugibba, Malta, last Monday (April 6).

She said: "I felt so sorry for the lonely dog. it looked like he wanted to play outdoors but right now everyone has to stay inside.''

Malta is implementing lockdown policies to help delay the spread of coronavirus. The country has seen 337 confirmed cases as of Friday (April 10), with a death toll of two people.
