Firefighters rescued six people from two SUVs that were trapped on a snow-covered road due to powerful blizzard in northern China.

The video, filmed in the city of Hulunbuir in Inner Mongolia on April 20, shows firemen using shovels to clear the snow around the trapped cars and then trying to push the cars forward.

Since some sections of the road were completely blocked by the snow, the rescue vehicles could not reach the place to pull the trapped cars out.

After around 20 minutes of work, the road was cleared. The two vehicles and six people were transferred to a safe area after 40 minutes.

前两天，呼伦贝尔市莫力达瓦达斡尔族自治旗境内迎来大范围的降雪天气，并伴有风吹雪，受到雨雪天气的影响，有2辆车，6个人被暴雪阻塞围困在莫旗111国道上。当地消防部门在接到报警后，立即紧急赶赴现场救援。
救援现场的平均风力可达6级以上，风雪肆虐，气温在零下4℃，视线受限，道路积冰积雪严重，个别路段被积雪彻底阻断，被困车辆前方是一个上坡路段，路面已结冰，无法利用抢险救援车对被困车辆进行牵引。气温越来越低，雪越来越厚，为尽快使车辆脱困，救援部门分成两个小组，一组负责用铁锹清理车辆轮胎处及周围的积雪;另一组立即逐车询问车辆燃油储量，防止车辆燃油不足无法启动，同时对被困人员情绪进行安抚。
经过20分钟的清理和挖掘，通道被打通，随即被困车辆发动，被困人员也主动下车帮忙推车，全体消防员和被困人员共同发力，经过40多分钟的努力，2辆被困车辆和6名被困人员依次被救出，转移至安全地带。（视频由内蒙古台提供）
