Ferocious baby alligators do 'death rolls' on dead fish in Louisiana pond
This is the amazing moment baby alligators do the "death roll" to tear off meat from fish scraps in a pond in Louisiana.
Onlooker Dana McCuller filmed the ferocious young reptiles learning how to subdue their prey on June 8.
She said: ''My neighbour went fishing and after cleaning the fish, he threw the scraps into pond."
She watched silently as the fearsome babies sang their teeth into their lunch and then spun rapidly to tear off chunks off flesh.
The "death roll" is a spinning maneuver done by alligators and crocodiles on their prey to subdue and dismember prey.
