Plants overrun balconies turning residential buildings into vertical forests in southern China.
In the video, shot in the city of Chengdu in Sichuan Province on September 13, manicured gardens were seen on every balcony in the eight blocks of 30-storey residential buildings.
According to reports, it was an experimental green housing project in Chengdu's Qiyi City Forest Garden and it was the first vertical forest apartments in the province.
