London, October 18th 2020. Police are set to be given access to the contact details of people who are self-isolating.
The Department of Health and Social Care said forces will have access on a 'case-by-case' basis and they have now updated their online guidance about how data will be handled. People in Central London were asked three questions around this issue: -Are you comfortable with the idea that police will have access to your contact details?
-Do you think that the police will misuse your contact details?
-Do you think lockdown enforcement measures go far enough or are too harsh?
